- For "dirty" DNA probes, further DNA purification will be performed,
subject to a surcharge of $200.00US.
- SeeDNA is recognized as an international leader in FISH related
methodologies. As a leader in the industry, we recognize that some
experiments are not successful due to the nature of the probe. It is
SeeDNA's policy to inform you by e-mail after several experimental
attempts and you will only be charged 30% of the service fee that covers
the cost of reagents.
- We will send an invoice to the billing address shown on your order
form. For overseas customers, please pay in US funds by cheque or
electronic transfer (please contact our accounts receivable in advance
for electronic transfer).
- For using express mailing to quickly and safely deliver results, additional courier charge is required.
