Determine the status of the integration of constructs into a host genome
Integration efficiency can be determined
The chromosomal location of the constructs and the number of integrating sites can be determined
Determine the specificity of integration: random or non-random integration in the host genome
Determine the level of integrity a construct maintains after transfection.
The size and number of the inserted constructs in the same insertion site can be determined
Determine the correlation between integration sites and the level of gene expression
Determine the stability of integration after varying periods of cell division
Trace sub-populations of cells after integration
